Stacy Lee is an Associate at Redwood Public Law and provides advice and counsel to cities, counties and special districts of all types throughout the state.
Prior to Redwood Public Law, Stacy completed legal fellowships at Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger, LLP and the California Public Utilities Commission, Administrative Law Judges Division. Her experience includes participation in public utilities proceedings and providing advice to public agencies, nonprofits, tribes and community groups.
Stacy graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. During her time at law school, Stacy held internships with the California Public Utilities Commission and Earthjustice. Stacy also externed for Oceana and the United States Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division, Environmental Enforcement Section. Prior to law school, Stacy worked at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Sustainability in 2011-2017, where she served as a senior policy advisor.
