Opportunity:
The Executive Legal Assistant (“ELA”) provides advanced administrative and legal support to Redwood attorneys specializing in public law. This role ensures the attorneys’ time is optimized, critical deadlines are met, and client service is seamless. The ELA anticipates the needs of attorneys, improves workflow efficiency, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and strict confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits:
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is a salary range of $75,000 to $125,000, non-exempt. Redwood Public Law will consider a variety of factors in determining final compensation, including other skill sets, qualifications, and experience, among others. Redwood Public Law offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, long-term/short-term disability, and 401(k).
