Carol Victor

Carol served as District Counsel for the East Bay Regional Park District, and before that as the Assistant District Counsel. Carol obtained her undergraduate degree in Humanities in International Affairs from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. After college, she was a California State Senate Fellow which sparked her interest in local government. Carol received her law degree from U.C. Law San Francisco She has over 30 years of experience representing and advising local government agencies on a wide range of municipal law matters.
