Aysha Pal is an Associate at Redwood Public Law where she provides legal advice and representation on active litigation matters to cities, counties, nonprofit organizations, and special districts.
Prior to joining Redwood, Aysha worked as an Associate at a firm in the East Bay where she provided legal advice and representation on active litigation matters for school districts, cities, counties, and other public agencies. Her experience includes legal research and analysis on various issues, drafting complaints, answers, and motions, handling voluminous discovery requests, witness preparation, analyzing workplace investigations, and responding to Public Records Act requests.

While in law school, Aysha completed internships at the Sacramento County Public Defender’s Office and the Federal Public Defender's Office where she represented indigent individuals facing criminal charges. She also organized and executed a “Clean Slate Day” clinic at her school, which provided Proposition 47 and criminal record expungement services to members of her community.
Outside of the law, Aysha is a big foodie and enjoys trying new dishes at restaurants as well as cooking new dishes at home. She also enjoys fitness and taking long walks with her big Pitbull-Husky (Basil) and little Chihuahua (Nutmeg).
